We are a Board-governed state agency. Our two-day Board events are held quarterly, rotating throughout our 24-county service area and Sacramento. The public is invited to attend.

Join us for our December Governing Board meeting:
December 11—the Governing Board will consider $4.6 million in Early Action Proposition 4 grants and SNC staff will host a panel discussion with representatives from the California Legislature on Sierra-Cascade priorities. Live video and audio-only broadcasts will be available.
December 12—in lieu of a tour, Boardmembers and members of the public are encouraged to attend the California Wildfire & Forest Resilience Task Force meeting. Meeting information can be found on the Task Force website: Meetings – California Wildfire & Forest Resilience
