“The projects that we fund throughout the Sierra Nevada are developed by our on the ground partners with the assistance of local Sierra Nevada Conservancy staff. Our holistic approach means that a lot of our grants address urgent local needs, like reducing the risk of damaging wildfire, while advancing state priorities to reduce greenhouse gas emission, improve habitat, and protect water supply infrastructure.”
