Tour Agenda
Members of the Board and staff will participate in a field trip to explore issues and activities relevant to the Conservancy’s mission in the South Subregion.  Members of the public are invited to participate in the field tour but are responsible for their own transportation and lunch.  The tour will start in the main parking lot of the Wuksachi Lodge, 64740 Wuksachi Way Sequoia National Park, CA 93262. 5:00 – 7:00 PM

Following the Board tour, Boardmembers and staff will attend a reception open to the public.  The reception will be held at Wuksachi Lodge, Alta/Kaweah Rooms, 64740 Wuksachi Way Sequoia National Park, CA 93262.

ACTION: Boardmember Kirkwood motioned and Boardmember Giacomini seconded a motion to approve the June 6, 2013 Meeting Minutes.  The motion passed unanimously.

VIII. 2012-13 Annual Report (ACTION)
Staff will provide an overview of plans to produce the 2012-13 Annual Report. The Board may act to authorize staff to proceed with the production of the Annual Report.
ACTION: Boardmember Kirkwood motioned and Boardmember Brissenden seconded a motion to approve the completion and distribution of the 2012-13 Annual Report.  The motion passed unanimously.

IX.  Fire Threat Systems Indicators Report (ACTION) - Attachment A - Presentation
The Board will review the Fire Threat Indicators Report and may take action on the staff recommendation to approve it.
ACTION: Boardmember Kirkwood motioned and Boardmember Hunt seconded a motion to approve the Fire Threat System Indicators Report.  The motion passed unanimously.

X.  2013-14 Budget/SNC Programs Discussion (INFORMATIONAL) - Presentation
Staff will present information on the status of the 2013-14 budget and alignment of expenditures with Board direction.
